Job summary

• 3+ years of service delivery, project management, or operations management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, delivery schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Experience leading customer communications and coordinating across teams.
• Ability to collaborate with global and cross-regional teams across time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI quality-related service operations including on-call rotations and incident response.
• Coordinate project execution with engineering, operations and global teams across regions and time zones.
• Be the main customer contact, communicating progress and risks and coordinating issue resolution.
• Coordinate DevOps and release activities, including deployment validation and rollback readiness.
• Drive vulnerability remediation and dependency upgrades.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and test automation to improve quality and efficiency.
• Establish and improve team processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and team administration.
