Job summary

Koseido Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Melaka is expanding and seeks service engineers to support installed semiconductor test equipment, including IC pick and place and turret test handlers. The role involves on-site installations and hands-on customer support.

You will provide operational and maintenance training, troubleshoot issues, and relay feedback for continuous improvements. Frequent travel across Malaysia and overseas may be required, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, analytical and team player.
• Preferably able to communicate with clients in Chinese, at least English.
• Experience in using and maintaining test handlers or relevant experience on semiconductor equipment will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates (mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotic, automation, mechatronic etc.) are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Willing to travel frequently, including on weekends and public holidays when required.

Koseido Engineering, since 2011, provides test solutions for semiconductor back-end manufacturing. We are expanding and looking for service engineers to support our installed equipment, mainly IC pick and place and turret test handlers.

New equipment install on site.

Support customer needs with regard to our products and services.

Provide operational and maintenance training to customers.

Debug, contains and feedback equipment’s weaknesses for continuous improvements.

Support multiple customer sites across Malaysia and overseas when required.

REMUNERATION:

Basic salary (to be negotiated, depending on experience, skills and capabilities)

Productivity incentive for new equipment installed.

Petrol, travelling, medical and relocation allowances.
