Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship opportunity to assist Service Engineers and the supervisor in coordinating site activities in Selangor. You will support handling customer complaints, document service and site data, and help prepare technical reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s or diploma in an engineering field, CGPA 3.0, and willingness to learn. You must be a collaborative team player with good communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (E&E), Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with good report writing and presentation skills.
• Willing to work at customer sites and support testing & commissioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Engineers and the supervisor in coordinating and scheduling site activities.
• Support the team in following up on customer complaints and service cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, contractors, technicians, and internal teams regarding service requirements.
• Assist in collecting, compiling, and organizing service and site-related data.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, site reports, and other technical documentation.
• Support Service Engineers during on-site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and other service activities.
• Assist in tracking the progress and status of ongoing service cases and site activities.
• Ensure service records and documentation are properly updated and maintained.
• Perform other service engineering and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
