Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled professional with a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering and 3+ years in technical support or sales. The role requires hands-on control systems and automation knowledge, plus CAD/CAM proficiency. Travel within Malaysia is required, and a car is preferred.

You’ll work with the Sales team to address customer needs and manage product claims. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, independence, and team collaboration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Precision / Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3+ years of technical support or technical sales experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar B2B industry; field application/design experience preferred.
• Must have experience in Control systems, Mechanical design & Automation knowledge.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Excel and PowerPoint; Access is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and propose application designs to customers on-site.
• Assist Sales Team with technical queries or requirements from customers.
• Make sales visits to address technical queries.
• Manage customers’ product claims.
• Coordinate with SEA HQ and Japan on technical certification.
