Job summary

Morgan Philips Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organisation's infrastructure environment, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable technology services across locations.

You will lead infrastructure operations, cloud services, networks, systems and IT service management, shaping strategy, governance and vendor relationships while developing the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including leadership.
• Experience managing infrastructure teams and operations.
• Strong networking, servers, cloud, end-user computing and workplace tech.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS or other major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organisation's infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee uptime, performance, reliability and security of services.
• Lead planning, upgrades and lifecycle management of technology.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships, SLAs and contracts.
• Drive automation, monitoring and SRE practices.
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup and business continuity capabilities.
• Coach and develop infrastructure staff and monitor capacity and service levels.
