Job summary

VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD – Sunway, Selangor is seeking a customer service/FOH role requiring basic education and strong communication skills. The incumbent will prepare bills on request and assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate must have at least SPM or equivalent and working experience in related field. Proficiency in Malay and English, or Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients, is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or equivalent required.
• Working experience in related field preferred.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Flexible schedule including OT, weekends and holidays.
