Job summary

Pentronic Engineering Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an entry-level coordinator to support sales, maintenance, and service reporting. The role involves handling quotations, tracking POs, and coordinating technician activities across the Penang area.

Applicants with an SPM qualification, fresh graduates welcome, and Mandarin proficiency is preferred for client communications. The position is based in Penang with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with minimum SPM level are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Type and fill sales quotations for clients.
• Keep track of sales quotations and purchase orders (PO).
• Record customer complaints for maintenance clients in Penang area.
• Update all maintenance reports carried out by technicians.
• Update monthly maintenance/agreement quotation reports for the Managing Director.
• Coordinate servicing carried out by technicians.
• Follow up with sub-contractors for miscellaneous sales on completion date.
• Record tools inventory for technicians.
• Record parts/equipment used for maintenance.
• Undertake other related tasks as instructed by supervisor.

-To undertake other related jobs as instructed by superior

-Minimum SPM level , fresh graduate is welcome to apply

-Languages : English, Malay & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
