Job summary

Stratanet Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Service Advisor for its Bandar Klang aftersales team. You will manage customers through their vehicle service experience, from reception and consultation to job completion and delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing job orders, explaining repairs and costs, coordinating with technicians, and delivering regular updates to customers while promoting service packages and aftersales products.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Automotive, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience as Service Advisor or automotive customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to explain technical information to customers in a simple and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare accurate job orders and service estimates.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance work, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and additional repair recommendations.
• Conduct vehicle handover and explain completed repairs and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding service recommendations and future maintenance needs.
• Promote relevant service packages, maintenance programmes, and aftersales products.
• Ensure all service documentation, job orders, billing, and customer records are completed accurately.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, service quality, and individual performance targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused service environment.

• Open to Malaysian citizens only.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of automotive servicing and aftersales processes.
• Able to explain technical information to customers in a simple and professional manner.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and manage busy service periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management or service booking systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Customer-focused, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced automotive aftersales environment.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
