Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Captain to lead and support a team of servers in delivering exceptional service within the outlet. You will assist the Outlet Manager and Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operation, uphold service standards, and foster a positive guest experience.

You will work with hospitality colleagues to maintain high standards of teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence, adapting to guest needs with courteous, flexible service.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Previous work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage outlet is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.
• Good administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
