Job summary

DP World seeks an experienced Warehouse Senior / Site Manager to oversee the efficient operations of its warehouse facility in Malaysia. The role includes managing receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping and supervising staff to ensure safety, productivity and continuous improvement.

You will drive operational efficiency, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with leadership to maintain profitability and service levels across multi-site operations within Johor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in contract logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with Malaysia logistics regulations, especially Johor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contract logistics operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency.
• P&L ownership for the site and budget collaboration with Director of Operations.
• Lead negotiations for contract renewals and adjustments to improve terms.
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports with variances.
