Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. You will manage a team of 60–100 Material Handlers, oversee Receiving, Putaway, Kitting, inter-site shipments, inventory accuracy, and outbound shipments, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Experience with static sensitive material preferred.
• Experience in MRP system, WMS and SAP is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse team.
• Drive continuous improving of warehouse processes and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-function and inter-site communications.
• Ensure timely receiving, putaway, WO material kits, and outbound shipments.
• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans.
• Manage disciplinary actions and escalate when needed.
