Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or materials management.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE standards and inventory control systems.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, PGS Module, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in managing warehouse operations.
• Supervise site warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, repairs, issuing, deliveries, returns, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Achieve targets: inventory reliability/availability (99%+), line-item accuracy (99%+).
• Ensure HSSE compliance and quality standards.
• Lead stock counts and develop stocking strategies to reduce obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with Contracting & Procurement and end users to ensure material availability.
• Represent the Warehouse and Inventory Management team in customer meetings.
• Manage dormant and surplus stock reduction initiatives and long-term inventory minimisation.
• Oversee vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and warehouse facilities.
