Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficiency in using WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work at Gelang Patah, Johor.
• Willing to work on shift (morning & night).
• Multiple position available.
• Possess strong commitment towards the role.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records in WMS.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize layout/workflow.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer inquiries related to warehouse activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
