Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in test/software development.
• Experience in ATE code development for wafer testing and strong programming skills in Java, Bash, Python, C#, and C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Lead wafer-level test development activities during NPI stage.
• Develop and maintain 3D NAND test solutions across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with PE, Device, Packaging, and Design teams and external vendors for debugging.
