Job summary

Sandisk in Malaysia seeks an experienced engineer to lead module/system level test development for NAND memory at the NPI stage. You will design test solutions, develop R&D programs on Advantest platforms, and collaborate with PE, Device, Packaging, and Design teams to ensure robust qualification and production readiness.

The role requires 10+ years of test/software experience and strong programming skills in Java, Bash, Python, C#, and C/C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience in test/software development.
• Experience in ATE code development for module/system testing and strong programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform module/system level test development for NPI.
• Design and maintain 3D NAND test solutions, hardware, software, and data analysis.
• R&D and MP program development on Advantest platforms and in-house systems.
• Test equipment bring-up, correlation, and debugging with cross‑functional teams.
• Create production flows meeting high-volume manufacturing requirements.
• Lead investigations on design/process/packaging issues and yield improvements.
