Advanced Algorithm Development – Develop, optimize, and benchmark machine vision algorithms (metrology, pattern matching, surface defect classification) using C++, C#, Python, or specialized libraries (Halcon, OpenCV, Cognex, Euresys).
Feasibility & Optical Characterization – Lead complex sample evaluations, lighting design investigations, and translate demanding customer inspection requirements into design specifications.
On-Site Commissioning & Technical Ownership – Direct client communication during machine buyoff, technical line integration, and troubleshooting complex field issues.
Engineering Standards & Documentation – Establish technical SOPs, evaluation reports, DCNs, and user guidelines for machinery deployment
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Engineering, Optical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in machine vision development, optical inspection, or automated equipment integration (preferably with previous background in automation equipment, semiconductor equipment, precision manufacturing, or machine-building industries.)
Proven track record in optical component selection and strong programming proficiency in C++, C#, or .NET with vision software (Halcon, OpenCV, Euresys, MIL, VisionPro).
Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be fluent in English and Chinese language (speaking, reading, writing) to effectively communicate with regional clients and technical teams.
Responsible and well-organized; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
