Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking a Senior VIP Strategy Manager to lead our VIP Strategy department, manage direct reports, and scale high-value customer operations. You will own end-to-end retention and engagement strategies, drive customer lifetime value, and align cross-functional teams to deliver an elite VIP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, VIP management or related roles.
• Proven success in retaining high-value customers and driving loyalty.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Malay (spoken and written).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build VIP Strategy managers and specialists.
• Own departmental strategy for retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• Drive advanced customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and personalization.
