Randstad Malaysia is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Specialist for its luxury retail network in Kuala Lumpur. You will own CRM campaigns, loyalty programs, customer segmentation, and lifecycle journeys to drive acquisition, engagement and retention across premier boutiques.

Collaborating with sales, operations and partners, you will analyze behavior, optimize programs, organise VIP events, and ensure data accuracy for personalized client experiences that elevate the brand.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in CRM strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Highly engaged, detail-focused and proactive team player.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the execution and optimization of the loyalty program to enhance membership growth, engagement, retention and CLV.
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns across acquisition, retention, reactivation and end-to-end journeys.
• Manage customer lifecycle communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct outreach and in-store activations.
• Lead VIP engagement programs, loyalty rewards and exclusive member experiences.
• Maintain the customer database with accuracy, completeness and segmentation integrity.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase trends and campaign performance to generate insights.
• Develop customer segments to improve campaign effectiveness and personalization.
• Monitor CRM KPIs including acquisition/retention, engagement, conversion and CLV.
• Plan and execute customer-focused events, giftings, workshops, launches and activations across boutiques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
