Job summary

3cat is building an elevated, scalable operations engine. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to own the end-to-end operations across supply chain, refurbishment, inventory, retail and omnichannel activities, designing processes that can grow quickly while maintaining quality and control.

Job description

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished operating model and simply keep things running.

You'll help build it.

Working closely with our CEO and leadership team, you'll lead the operational engine behind 3cat, across supply chain, logistics, refurbishment, inventory, retail and omnichannel operations.

You'll build the processes, systems and operating rhythm that allow us to grow quickly while maintaining quality, efficiency and control.

The challenge is simple: make 3cat easier to scale.

You'll take ownership of:

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Build and improve how we manage procurement, vendors, inbound logistics, inventory planning and fulfilment across the business.
• Electronics Refurbishment: Build a reliable refurbishment operation across intake, grading, repair, testing, quality control and re-listing, with clear standards and turnaround targets.
• Retail & Omnichannel Operations: Strengthen store operations and connect our physical and digital channels through consistent SOPs, inventory processes and operational standards.
• Process & Scale: Build practical SOPs, playbooks and workflows that can be repeated as we open more stores and enter new markets.
• Systems & Automation: Use technology, data, automation and AI where relevant to improve productivity, accuracy and operational visibility.
• Operational Performance: Establish the right KPIs, dashboards and reporting rhythms to understand what's working, identify problems early and drive improvement.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations function with clear ownership and accountability.
• Leadership Partnership: Work closely with the CEO and teams across Retail, Finance, Technology, Marketing and People to turn business priorities into operational execution.

In your first year, three priorities will matter most:

• Build for Scale. Put the SOPs, systems, processes and operating rhythm in place to support rapid store and regional expansion.
• Strengthen Supply Chain & Refurbishment. Improve how products move through procurement, inventory, refurbishment and fulfilment, with better visibility, quality and control.
• Improve Operational Performance. Build clear metrics and accountability across operations so we can identify problems quickly and continuously improve how the business run.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an operator who knows how to build, not just manage.

Operational Scale. You've built or improved complex operations in a growing business and understand what needs to change as a company moves from one stage of scale to the next.

Supply Chain & Omnichannel Operations. You understand how procurement, vendors, inventory, fulfilment, retail and digital channels need to work together to create an efficient operation.

But above all, we're looking for someone who brings:

• Structured Thinking: Can take complex operational problems, break them down and build practical systems and processes around them.
• Hands-on Leadership: Is comfortable moving between strategy and execution and getting close to the operation when needed.
• Commercial Thinking: Understands how operational decisions affect cost, revenue, customer experience and business performance.
• Execution Discipline: Builds clear ownership, measures the right things and follows through until improvements stick.
• Technology Mindset: Looks for ways to use data, systems, automation and AI to make operations faster, simpler and more scalable.
• Adaptability: Is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the playbook isn't always written yet.
• Leadership: Can build strong teams, work across functions and create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Experience in high-growth retail, consumer electronics, mobile, recommerce, supply chain or another complex omnichannel business would be a strong advantage.

A background in consulting or another high-performance operational environment would also be valuable, particularly if you've had hands‑on responsibility for implementation.
