Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design tasks within product squads, owning design quality across products and processes. You will contribute to the UX practice as a senior member, drive end‑to‑end UX research, and shape information architecture, cross‑platform flows, layout and visual hierarchy.

You will evolve design systems and educate teammates to build trusted design practices. You will mentor junior designers, help shape the squad's roadmap, and connect design work to broader

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Multimedia Technology, Graphic/Web Design, HCI or related field
• Experience leading design tasks within squads and accountability for design quality
• Excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Lead design tasks within product squads and own design quality across products and processes
• Contribute to UI/UX design practice as a senior team member
• Lead complex UX research initiatives and drive UI/UX across IA, cross‑platform flows, layout and visual hierarchy
• Maintain and advocate for design systems and processes, and educate cross‑functional teammates
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to grow their craft
• Shape squad roadmaps and connect design to product vision and business goals
• Drive design culture through initiatives, rituals and learning opportunities
