Job summary

TDCX is seeking a senior UX/UI designer to lead design across products, owning quality and influencing UX practices. You’ll mentor teammates, shape information architecture, and drive end-to-end UX research while aligning with business goals.

You will evolve design systems, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor junior designers to raise craft and impact. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Multimedia Technology, Graphic/Web Design, HCI, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership of design tasks within squads and accountability for quality.
• Able to articulate and teach UX research methods and design fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written English for workshops and stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design tasks within product squads and ensure design quality across products.
• Contribute to the UI/UX design practice as a senior team member.
• Drive end-to-end UX research initiatives and influence information architecture and visual hierarchy.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and design processes; educate teammates in design direction.
