RHB Banking Group is seeking a Senior Team Member for Trustee Operations to oversee UT/FA/REITs/E-Money activities in Malaysia. You will manage authorisation of complex transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across processes and systems.

The role requires extensive experience in trustee services and fund administration, with strong leadership to coach team members and collaborate with regulators, clients, and internal partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trustee services, fund administration, asset management operations, or broader financial services.
• Strong experience with Unit Trusts, REITs, Fund Administration, E-Money, corporate trust, or related trustee operations.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage complex operational processes and deliver quality outcomes in fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and authorise trustee and fund administration activities across UT, FA, REITs, and E-Money.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of services with high operational excellence.
• Plan resources to ensure coverage and continuity of services.
• Provide operational support for peers within Trustee Operations as needed.
• Coach and guide new team members for effective execution of processes.
• Verify regulatory reports submitted by fund managers and ensure compliance.
• Review and update policies, guidelines, and SOPs to strengthen controls.
• Drive process automation and system enhancements with clear requirements and UAT docs.
• Maintain relationships with clients, regulators, banks, custodians, and other stakeholders.
• Escalate and report operational irregularities and project updates to management.
• Maintain and file operation documents and records properly.
• Perform system maintenance, enhancements, and configuration activities.
• Prepare internal and external management/regulatory reports.
• Execute and verify trades, corporate actions, money market placements, income distributions, and related payments for REITs.
• Attend stakeholder engagements and client meetings.
