Job summary

Accenture in Malaysia is seeking a Business Senior Analyst to support business and technology transformation initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, coordinate activities, and contribute to successful solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong analysis capabilities with project coordination experience and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, IT Consulting, or related technology transformation roles.
• Experience in software development or technical delivery environments with understanding of application lifecycles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and software implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage activities, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting software testing, QA, deployment, and change management.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or related domains.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders and ensure effective communications.
• Analyze and document business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for leadership.
• Provide advisory support on business and technical requirements.
