Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) in Malaysia, Selangor, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Business Applications to drive the implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives across EUC and service operations. This onsite role reports to the Engineering Manager and collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA, country, and support teams.

The role focuses on implementation enablement, operational adoption, and ensuring readiness for rollout and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current and target-state processes to identify operational friction and define actions.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans, SOPs, acceptance criteria, readiness checklists and rollout plans.
• Coordinate UAT, validation, sign-off, release readiness and post-launch stabilisation.
• Drive country and support-team readiness through communications, training and change adoption.
