Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia seeks a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires, product updates and ongoing staff development. You will pursue Trainer Certification (101/102), mentor others, review curricula, and evaluate programs using feedback.

Location is Kuala Lumpur with opportunities to influence training strategy. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years’ experience in training, strong communication, and proficiency in Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training methodologies and soft skills development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day training in a classroom, monitor learner progress, provide coaching and feedback.
• Use varied training methods and delivery modalities to engage learners.
• Develop and present training materials with demonstrations and supporting activities.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations to transition agents from training to production.
• Maintain product knowledge by attending meetings and shadowing calls.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers and client teams.
• Assist in designing training materials for different delivery methods.
• Measure training effectiveness via feedback methods and adjust resources.
• Suggest curriculum updates based on feedback and needs analysis.
• Participate in continuous learning and change management.
