Job summary

Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Training Officer to coordinate and enhance employee development across the organization.

You will design training programs, support ISO management systems, conduct needs analyses, maintain records, and report on training outcomes, while managing budgets and onboarding new staff.

The role requires at least 3 years' experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant training experience.
• Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or HR.
• Knowledge of PSMB Acts and schemes preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs.
• Support ISO standards implementation (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis.
• Maintain training records.
• Analyze and implement training effectiveness improvements.
• Manage training budget as planned.
• Handle PSMB applications and reimbursements.
• Provide daily admin for training systems and enhancements.
• Manage orientation for new hires.
• Prepare training reports.
