Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Master Trainer in Malaysia to lead comprehensive training for the Field Force, focusing on product knowledge, technical and soft skills. The role includes creating materials, scheduling, and executing programs to boost sales and service performance.

You will develop content, deliver engaging sessions both in-person and online, and evaluate training impact while driving innovation and team capability in a global brand setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store operations or training-related experience.
• Background in 3C digital, consumer electronics, or smart home industries preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and localize training content; able to independently create PPTs, videos, and manuals.
• Skilled in delivering engaging, interactive training sessions that inspire and motivate participants.
• Practical understanding of end-to-end store operations, including sales data analysis, customer service, and inventory management.
• Fluent in English and the local language to meet training needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate training schedules for internal staff and external partners (dealers).
• Prepare training materials, test questions, and ensure training venues and equipment are ready.
• Develop engaging training content and demonstrate a clear training vision.
• Deliver product, sales technique, and service excellence training through stand-up and online sessions.
• Upload training materials and deliverables into the RMS system.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through knowledge retention tests.
