Job summary

You will manage toolroom personnel, present Capex proposals, and drive yield improvements, cycle-time reductions, and cost-down initiatives. Bachelor-level or diploma and 5+ years in stamping tooling required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in precision stamping tooling.
• Strong CAD/CAM, GD&T, and toolroom fabrication knowledge.
• Leadership to manage toolmakers and mentor technicians.
• Excellent communication and cost-saving track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead progressive tooling development from concept to mass production.
• Own die design, tooling fabrication, trials, and buy-off.
• Manage external toolmakers and cross-functional interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and cost-reduction programs.
