Job summary

Strato Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Test Lead to plan, coordinate and lead testing across the system development lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of software/system testing and quality assurance.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Test Lead or equivalent role on enterprise or government ICT projects.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Test Strategy, Plan, schedule, scenarios, data and reports.
• Lead end-to-end testing: SIT, Functional, API, Regression, Performance, Security, UAT and Production Verification.
• Review requirements/documents to ensure testability and coverage.
• Maintain RTM ensuring traceability from business requirements to test cases.
• Coordinate testing across components (web, dashboards, APIs, data analytics, GIS).
• Validate data accuracy, ETL, dashboards, KPIs and reports.
