Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a Section Manager for Test & Failure Analysis. The role leads the Engineering team, guides test development, and ensures product quality and on-time delivery.

You will act as the technical authority for test systems and troubleshooting across NPI and production ramp. The candidate should have a degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics and 10+ years in tester development with strong NI LabVIEW skills, plus experience with FCT/ICT/MDA and ATE.

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least 10 years in functional tester development/maintenance with leadership.
Strong NI LabVIEW expertise (programming, architecture, debugging).
Solid experience in functional test systems (FCT, ICT, MDA), ATE, and test development.

Responsibilities

Lead the Test & Failure Analysis Engineering team to support production and drive operational excellence.
Act as SME and escalation point for test and FA issues, including complex troubleshooting.
Oversee design, development, and deployment of test systems to support NPI and production ramp.
Define test strategies and ensure systems meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
