Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Test Equipment Engineering Manager to lead a dedicated team responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of test equipment used in product validation and quality assurance.

You will oversee calibration programs, develop maintenance procedures, and collaborate with product development, QA, and manufacturing to ensure testing aligns with product goals and standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience in Equipment and Test Engineering
• At least 3 years in a management role

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of test equipment engineers.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets standards.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Evaluate and optimize testing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure documentation for test procedures and equipment is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with product development, QA, and manufacturing to align testing strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss testing capabilities.

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support for test equipment issues and failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for high uptime.
