is seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in Malaysia, collaborating with manufacturing, quality and design groups to enhance test methods and throughput. You will drive governance, standardize testing processes, manage resources and risks, and push continuous improvements for safety, quality and cost efficiency across wafer fabrication equipment and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in test engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implement governance and reporting processes.
• Implement standard processes, methodologies and tools.
• Ensure that the team follows testing standards, guidelines and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy.
• Perform all management activities - resource management, monitor and control, manage risks and issues, manage quality.
• Responsible for managing all testing effort and deliverables, work with testing team to ensure testing is on time and within budget.
• Test planning activities and estimation, test scope definitions with the use of risk-based testing.
• Drive innovative continuous improvement programs to safety/ergo aspect, improve assembly method & reduce assembly labor hours.
• Provide sustaining excellence strategy in Wafer Fabrication Equipment through lean manufacturing environment.
