Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, any related engineering courses.
• A degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience as a SME and people manager.
• Technical writing skills to communicate and document designs and procedures.
• Verbal communication skills to discuss technical issues with Suppliers, Supplier Engineering, Pilot Manufacturing, and Design Engineering.
• Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with minimal technical guidance.
• WFE knowledge, clean tool, Dry/Wet Dep & Etch is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Defines, designs, documents, builds, calibrates, troubleshoots, and supports all manufacturing test fixtures.
• Reviews, updates and creates test cases to improve test coverage and effectiveness including product with non standard configuration.
• Performs data analysis and proposes test improvement methods to reduce test cycle time.
• Prepares High Volume Manufacturing Product Transfer and sets up test facilities, hardware and program.
• Uses software to create/modify manufacturing’s test scripts.
• Improves product quality through test first pass yield and trend data; analyzes non-conformances and escalations for root cause and corrective action.
