Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and improve speaker testing methods, set up EOL test equipment, and support new projects including equipment setup, testing, CAPEX, and production handover.

You will analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, develop SOPs, train technicians, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to standardize testing and raise product quality. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in speaker testing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the speaker/audio industry.
• Experience with speaker testing and acoustic testing.
• Hands-on experience with Klippel, Sweep Test, and Air/Water Leakage Test.
• Able to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and improve test equipment.
• Good understanding of speaker test data and result analysis.
• Experience in root cause analysis and test process improvement.
• Knowledge of test equipment calibration and validation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minitab knowledge is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
