Job summary

Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a skilled engineer to advance speaker acoustics validation and performance optimization. The role involves hands-on testing and data interpretation to improve product quality.

You will work with Klippel, Sweep Test and Air/Water Leakage Test, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to DOE-driven improvements using Minitab, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in speaker/audio industry.
• Strong knowledge of speaker acoustics and electro-acoustic testing.
• Hands-on experience in Klippel, Sweep Test, Air/Water Leakage Test, acoustic data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure speaker acoustic performance validation through tests and data analysis.
• Interpret test results and perform root cause analysis for performance gaps.
• Contribute to DOE-based improvements; utilize Minitab, Excel for data reporting.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical ; Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering,

Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (speaker/audio industry).
• Strong knowledge of speaker acoustics and electro-acoustic testing, with

hands‑on experience in Klippel, Sweep Test, Air/Water Leakage Test, acoustic

data interpretation, root cause analysis, and test process optimization.

• Proficiency in below software
• Klippel measurement software.
• Air/Water Leakage Tester software.
• Minitab (preferred) for statistical analysis and DOE.
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, charts, data
• analysis, and reporting).
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting Klippel speaker

measurement systems.

• Experienced in Sweep Test setup, execution, result interpretation, and limit

optimization for speaker performance validation.
