Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. is seeking a dynamic telesales professional in Malaysia (Petaling Jaya) to promote our precision services over the phone.

You will close deals, manage campaigns, and build strong client relationships, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in telesales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellence in communication, presentation and negotiation.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Value selling and storytelling in professional presentations.
• Ability to supervise and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Focus on outbound sales calls to sell and promote our services.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals and other resources.
• Build rapport and establish relationships through active listening and communication.
• Effectively communicate service value and handle objections using CRM and SET tools.
• Record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with high productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training.
• Provide leadership and support to the team for campaign status and pipeline health.
• Lead and coach team members on complex customer solutions.
• Understand service strategy and coordinate tactical initiatives.
• Take charge of iBase data accuracy and data cleansing.
