Key Responsibilities

Senior Techno-Functional consultant

• Lead requirement discovery workshops and business process discussions with customers
• Design end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Recommend best practices and industry solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Prepare solution architecture documents, process flows, and implementation approaches
• Provide functional and technical guidance to delivery teams

Technical & Integration Consulting

• Understand integration requirements and propose suitable architectures
• Work with technical teams on integrations, automation, APIs, and data migration strategies
• Provide guidance on Microsoft ecosystem solutions and extensions
• Support solution reviews and technical discussions with customers

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary solution advisor during customer engagements
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business users

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
