Job summary

Duopharma Biotech Bhd Group of Companies. is seeking a Senior Technician to support Business Improvement in R&D Analytical/Lab. You will perform analytical testing, data processing and reporting for BI projects and related improvements.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in science and at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, with strong GLP/GDP/GMP understanding and lab bench skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in science related discipline.
• At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Analytical background with good knowledge of laboratory test and equipment.
• Good understanding of GLP, GMP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and chemical tests for raw materials, in-process, finished and stability samples.
• Process data, prepare analytical worksheets, and report accurate results.
• Calibrate/verify analytical equipment regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the formulation lab and storage areas.
• Adhere to GMP/GLP and SOPs and follow safety procedures.
• Perform systematic technical documentation filing for traceability.
• Any other assignments that may arise.

Job description

Senior Technician, Business Improvement (R&D Analytical/Lab)

To perform analytical testing, data processing and reporting related to BI projects and analytical improvement projects.

To assist in analytical development and responsible in testing of samples for the related BI projects.

To ensure upkeeping of analytical and formulation laboratory.

Responsible in maintaining laboratory, overseeing and ensure Good Laboratory Practices in place.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conduct any physical and chemical tests as required for the raw materials, in-process, finished samples and stability samples of any trials executed by the team.

Responsible for data processing, analytical worksheet preparation and accurate results reporting for physical, chemical and analytical testing.

Perform routine calibration/ verification of analytical equipment as required.

Perform housekeeping, disposal of wastes and maintaining the cleanliness of BI formulation laboratory and storage areas.

Perform systematic technical documentation filing to ensure traceability and ease of retrieval.

To adhere to GMP / GLP requirements and standard operating procedures at all time and to follow safety procedures at the work place.

Any other assignments that may arise.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ Degree in science related discipline.

At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical R&D.

Analytical background with good knowledge of laboratory test and equipment.

Good understanding of GLP, GDocP and GMP.
