Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot computer and CCTV hardware/software issues.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to meet customer needs.
• Perform on-site service with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all service cases are attended within timelines.

• Communicate clearly and consultatively with customers.
