Job summary

UST Global SM (UST) is seeking an experienced technical writer to craft, edit, revise, and publish comprehensive product information across datasheets, specifications, design guides, application notes, and user manuals.

You will collaborate with engineering, field-sales, and factory teams worldwide to identify gaps, improve content quality, and ensure timely post-release updates while maintaining strict schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related liberal arts program or background in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Excellent writing skills with a strong technical background.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical writer with planning, scheduling, task management, publication, and post-release updates.

Responsibilities

• Craft, edit, revise, and publish technical product information including datasheets, specifications, design guides, application notes and user manuals.
• Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate syntax, presentation style, voice and grammatical usage.
• Schedule reviews, record approvals, and maintain information architecture metadata.
• Work closely with engineering, field-sales, and factory teams worldwide to identify gaps in content.
• Propose solutions that enhance the value and accuracy of product documentation.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
