Job summary

Sunway Building Materials Group in Malaysia seeks a proactive sales professional to promote Spun Pile to developers, consultants, local authorities, and contractors. You will present the product range, provide pre-sales technical consulting, and deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will negotiate terms, monitor payments, and build long-term partnerships while conducting market analysis to inform planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in sales in building materials or construction.
Proven ability in prospecting and closing deals.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

Promote Spun Pile to developers, consultants, local authorities and contractors.
Develop and expand the local market by presenting the company's product range to existing and prospective customers.
Provide pre-sales technical consultation, product education, and after-sales support to customers.
Negotiate sales and service contract terms to meet customer and company objectives.
Monitor and collect payments to ensure adherence to credit terms.
Build long-term partnerships with customers through networking for sustainability and satisfaction.
Perform market analyses to support business planning.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and forecast reports to management.
