Job summary

Lumileds is seeking a Senior Technical Project Lead to manage the development lifecycle for automotive and non-automotive LED products. You will coordinate development activities globally, from concept through to product release, while ensuring robust communication and issue resolution.

The role requires 5–7+ years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, strong design of experiments and APQP experience, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to achieve timely product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (required).
• 5–7+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably LED industry.
• Experience with automotive product development processes (APQP) and Business Creation Process.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute Product Development programs for Automotive and Non-Automotive sectors.
• Develop and support product development activities for new products/packages/technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, product lines, finance, SCM, PMO and quality to release products.
