Job summary

Pro Office Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Executive (Northern Zone) to coordinate day-to-day technical and field operations for CCTV installation, upgrades, testing and maintenance across the Northern Zone. You will lead technicians, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Reporting on site performance, coordinating with TNB representatives, and ensuring timely completion of tasks are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering/tech field.
• Certifications related to CCTV/Surveillance are advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as GCQP, Chargeman, SSS, NTSLP and CIDB Green Card are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day technical and field operations across all sites in the Northern Zone.
• Lead technicians and Team Leaders for installation, upgrade, maintenance and testing activities.
• Monitor site progress to meet project requirements and schedules.
• Plan and coordinate site works, assignments and maintenance activities.
• Monitor KPI and SLA compliance and report to Project Director/PMO.
• Prepare and submit periodic technical and zone reports.
• Ensure works comply with technical specs, quality and HSE requirements.
• Act as technical point of contact with TNB site representatives.
