Job summary

Billennium IT Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Software Technical Delivery Lead in Malaysia to oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise software. You’ll coordinate backend, frontend, DevOps, database, and cloud teams in an Agile environment.

The role demands strong software engineering knowledge plus delivery leadership, with responsibilities spanning planning, architecture reviews, and production readiness. Office-based in Kuala Lumpur; competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years in a Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, or Engineering Manager role.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Must be able to work from office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Drive delivery planning, sprint execution, release management and production readiness.
• Bridge communication across Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Infrastructure and DB teams.
• Coordinate dependencies and facilitate architecture discussions and reviews.
• Provide technical leadership for Java/Spring Boot and cloud deployments.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning align with delivery goals.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
