Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or IT consulting (360 capacity).
• Demonstrated sales record and sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships with consultative solutions.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand the number of active customers.
• Manage end-to-end contract recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Source talent using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
• Collaborate to upsell and cross-sell services (SOW and headhunting).
• Build teams or develop strong personal branding.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; tailor solutions to hiring needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Manage key global accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Develop share of wallet strategies to access our full range of services.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines; provide career guidance and market insights.
