In this key standalone recruitment role, you will lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition initiatives for the Malaysia operations, driving headcount fulfillment across both project engineering and ongoing operational facilities management teams.
Manage full end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle workflows, including candidate sourcing, screening, technical interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding alignment.
Build, engage, and maintain talent pipelines for niche, critical engineering and technical roles across industrial construction, engineering, and operational environments.
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing guidance on recruitment market trends, talent availability, and intake alignment.
Oversee and manage external recruitment agencies and search firm relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective hiring fulfillment.
Drive direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, talent mapping, competitor analysis, and talent communities.
Ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations and company recruitment policies while maintaining accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
6 to 10 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Strictly required background in the Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors; exposure spanning both construction and manufacturing will be highly advantageous.
Strong track record of career stability and candidate retention.
