Job summary

Emerson is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across Malaysia. You will partner with business leaders, deliver strategic sourcing, and build robust candidate pipelines for pivotal roles.

The role emphasizes analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and a strong candidate experience to strengthen Emerson’s employer brand. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruitment, exposure to APAC markets, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting.
• Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
• Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
• Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
• Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.
