Job summary

Emerson Process Management Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the country, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, enhance employer branding, provide market insights, and drive TA analytics to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, in agency, RPO, or in‑house setting.
• Experience sourcing talent across APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage recruitment projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.

Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.

Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in‑house setting.

Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.

Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused mindset.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles.

Familiarity with talent sourcing tools specific to APAC markets
