Job summary

You will build talent pipelines, manage large-scale projects, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while representing the company at industry events and improving recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Proven success recruiting within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, automotive, medical device, or other fast-paced production environments.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, external partners, and talent sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Manage large-scale hiring projects, workforce ramp-ups and critical white-collar positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand hiring priorities.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for key manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational roles.
• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, university engagements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and contribute to building scalable hiring solutions.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
