Job summary

Roche in Malaysia is seeking a Senior T&E Compliance Analyst to review travel and expense claims across APAC. You will drive efficient processing, mentor teammates, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the helpdesk and regional lead to align with the team’s strategic direction. The role demands strong analytical skills, ownership, and advanced stakeholder management with full professional fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in finance or compliance roles; SAP Concur proficiency.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a robust compliance orientation.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in executing responsibilities.
• Advanced stakeholder management; multilingual communication (Mandarin and English).

Responsibilities

• Operational: Review employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner; guide and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with T&E helpdesk for issue resolution and escalation; perform monthly Compliance Quality Assessments.
• Maintain business partnering with affiliates; escalate issues and propose resolutions to regional lead.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other Roche groups to support End-to-End processes and Compliance Program.
• Partner on continuous improvement; mentor the team to identify process enhancements.
• Participate in related projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager/Global Lead.
